Can i delet these files in disk cleanup(Windows Vista)

Debug Dump files
Seyup log files
system error memory dump files
system error minidump files
per user archived Windows error reporting
system archived Windows error reporting
sytem queued Windows error reporting

Hibernation file cleaner
